Girl Online On Tour was a definite improvement compared to the previous novel. I don't like Noah but I do really appreciate all the important themes Penny talks about in this book such as anxiety and standing up for yourself. Although very predictable, it wasn't a bad read (just not the best).

I've been reading many hate comments about a book that hasn't even been published yet! Yeah, Zoe may not be the world's best writer (because we all know it's JK Rowling) but she is a good writer. Girl Online was relatable and funny and cute. It was a little unrealistic but it still had a good message and it was, in my opinion, a good feeling book. EDIT: damn, the amount of messages I'm getting with people assuming I'm attacking Zoe personally. I'm not attacking Zoe, she's a lovely girl from the vlogs I've seen, but I'm criticising the industry which are exploiting fans of people like Zoe, and sticking their names on anything and everything just for a profit. I would also like to note that the above review was supposed to be sarcastic. It's okay if you enjoy the book, I'm not going to stop you from reading it or judge you if you do. THIS IS SO RIDICULOUS im just gonna quote for Girl Online which sums up how I feel about this "Is this going to add to the happiness in the world? And if the answer is no, then please delete. There is enough sadness in the world already. You don't need to add to it." Keywords Press & Gleam Management, please take note.

it was terrible. legit worse than the first one. I actually liked the first two chapters quite a bit and got all excited -- just to find myself 20 pages later with my brain seeping out of my eyes in the form of bloody tears. I'm not even joking. I rated two books with 1 star this year, but now I'm seriously considering giving them twos, because THIS is a one star read. in fact, it's a negative one. a negative hundred. at one point I felt physically sick -- and that has never happened to me before it was terrible. legit worse than the first one. It's too cringey for me to want to write about it any more" truer words have never been spoken, Zoe!

3.5/5 This book is cute, sweet and very much like Zoe, so I think that her fans will, like I did, enjoy reading it a lot. I liked how realistic the tour life is in this book. While Zoe has never really toured herself, it's evident that she knows a lot about this life and I'm glad it wasn't too good-looking. Penny's reaction to it was realistic, too, because anyone would be confused and have a hard time adjusting to this train of life, especially someone with anxiety. This part reminded me of Zoe 3.5/5 This book is cute, sweet and very much like Zoe, so I think that her fans will, like I did, enjoy reading it a lot. Penny's reaction to it was realistic, too, because anyone would be confused and have a hard time adjusting to this train of life, especially someone with anxiety. This part reminded me of Zoe a lot, because she's known to have difficulties when she's under a lot of pressure or surrounded by many people. As someone who can get panicky sometimes, I could relate to Penny when she started panicking, especially since it's well depicted. Penny's character is nice, funny and relatable for teenage girls. I enjoyed reading about her and I liked seeing her grow in this book, even more than in the first one. She matured a lot and by the time the book ended, she was more of a young adult than a teenager, which I thought was very nice, since I'm older than her and there were times when I couldn't really relate before. I did think she was too forgiving and didn't stand up for herself at the beginning and I hated seeing her keep quiet and then pity herself when she was alone, but I think it's where she grows the most. In fact, I was proud of her at the end of the book, when she realized she had to live for herself and say out loud what she really thinks instead of bottling it all up. I really disliked Noah at some point in this book, because I thought he acted like a complete asshole. He was part of the reason why Penny couldn't enjoy her life on tour with him, which I thought was really sad, seeing as he's the one who invited her. However, I'm glad he tried to make up for it, because it shows how deeply he cares about Penny and their relationship. I enjoyed seeing them together (which wasn't often, I must admit) and I think that overall, they have a cute relationship. It's great that we get to know more about Elliot's life, because he's an adorable character, although I must admit he's quite stereotypical. His importance in this book shows how close he and Penny are, even though they're both in a relationship. Their constant texting was heartwarming and I absolutely hated seeing them sad because they're such nice characters. The only thing I truly dislike about this series is how there's always a "bad guy". I don't find this very realistic, especially since I can't see the motives behind their actions most of the time. I may be too positive, but I don't think there are that many truly horrible people out there, so the fact that Penny, and sometimes Noah, are always assaulted made me cringe a little. I don't know if there will be another book in this series, but I will buy it if there is. Sorry, haters, but I truly like it!

Hmm what can i say about this book? If you asked a total outsider who have no idea who Zoe Sugg is or what is youtube community they will rate this book 3 maybe 4 stars and comment that this book is cute. It's very cute. Before writing my thoughts on this book i have to rant a tiny bit. I noticed that most books that youtubers write get lots of one stars rating for that exact reason. They are written by youtubers. It does not matter that the books are cool, creative, about self confidence, about variety of interests such as make up, fashion, and baking. If you think about it, most these people are in their early/med twenties, and youtube is their CAREER. Their JOBS. therefore, they have to make a living out of it. i admit they do make alot sometimes but really think about , when they are in their forties and fifties how many seventeen year old would enjoy youtubers raving about the latest Hemorrhoid creme?!! they are doing what they can do gain money and save up. Even if they don't really save up (which is totally my theory) this is their jobs and it is really a cool job to have. They aren't really bad influence over young teenagers, they promote self-worth and confidence. So really what is the issue here? If anyone in their shoe, they'll do the exact same thing. So, don't shame slam their good achievements simply because you are.... (Fill the blank with whatever reason you like) Back to the book: I really enjoyed the book. It's so modern. Young people can really relate to this book with its modern references, as well as its themes which young people face in their lives daily. I think Zoe have done a good job reaching out to her young crowd. Also, a bonus: people who don't even like reading are now reaching out for more books because they enjoyed the experience of reading this particular book. IT's always a joy seeing people show more interest to books.

I wish I liked this book, but I was not into it. Maybe this book wasn't for me, but someone out there will like it. Before I start this review, I would like to tell you about the reactions I got from my friends when I picked up this book. Small excerpt of what had happened a couple days ago. :) A Couple Days Ago... I came to school an hour earlier because of my crazy anxiety issues and I sit down on the ground. I get myself organized, grab everything I need and put the rest of my stuff into the locker that I share with my close friend. After this, I sit down and grab the book I got from the library Girl Online On Tour I knew the book was due in a couple of days and I had to finish reading it as soon as possible. I open my book and finish about 20 pages and it was okay. It wasn't amazing, it was an okay book so far, but who was I to judge? I had to finish the book before I jump into conclusions. Although I thought the first book was really cliché, I did enjoy it. And I was hoping that I would enjoy this book as much as I enjoyed the first book. Suddenly, I hear footsteps and feel a tap on my head. I look up to see one of my friends smile down at me. I gotta admit, I was a bit creeped out, but she was my friend and I'm used to it. I'm creepy so I fit in perfectly with her. :) "So, what book are you reading, you look like you aren't enjoying it?" My friend sits next to me and looks over my shoulder. Her reaction was neutral, she didn't know what to say for some reason. But I went back to reading, while my friend grabbed her book. A few minutes later, my closest friend comes and joins me on the ground. Right when she saw what I was reading, her face looks as if she wasn't interested. I could tell that she was confused on why I was reading a book that was super cliché. "Yo, why are you reading that book, it's so cliché and I though you didn't like the first book that much? Why do you torture yourself and read things that you don't want to read?" My close friend says this as she studies the book cover a little more. "I don't know, I just feel like I need to know what happens next and I feel guilty for not reading it. Something is wrong with me, I know and plus, I liked the first book it's just I wasn't a huge fan of all of the cliché moments." I reply, grabbing my book and continue reading it. I have to admit, I was super bored, I mean, I read a lot of YA books and because of that, I feel like I am really picky when it comes to books. So I put my book away, I felt like I knew what would happen. After reading 40 pages of the book, I felt like I knew what would happen and how the book would end. While I was lost in thought, one of the girls I don't talk to very much came up to me and asked me if she could copy my paper. The music starts playing before I could give this girl my sheet and I pack my stuff, and go to class. I know, you might be thinking to yourself, what does this have to do with the book? Well, I wrote this excerpt to show you my thoughts before getting really into the book. This is how I felt near the beginning of the book. And I was so confused on how I felt about it, because part of me did enjoy a few moments, but most of the time, I was so annoyed with the characters or guessed everything right and it bothered me. “Sometimes you have to face up to your fears to realize that they aren’t actually real.” This book takes place after Girl Online, and if you haven't read that book, it is basically about Penny who has a famous blog called Girl Online. Then she meets Noah and they seem to like each other but it feels like he is hiding something big. After this book, is Girl Online On Tour which has a lot more drama and other stuff. I felt like the characters were a bit off on this book. Noah was one of the characters I disliked the most in this book. Elliot was my favorite character in this book, along with Tom. Megan was okay but I wasn't a huge fan of her either. Lead was also okay but I felt like she was acting really fake, I know, I judge the characters a lot. Penny was really annoying in this book and I was so bothered by it. The bonding between the characters were terrible or okay depending on which characters were involved. Noah and Penny's boding was horrible, none of them would tell each other how they feel and if someone does try, the other person does not listen. It is usually Noah who doesn't listen, he basically runs out of the room when Penny decides to burst at him. Elliot and Alex's bonding was okay, a bit rocky at times but it was okay. My favorite bonds were between Penny and Tom or Penny and Elliot. The bonds between them were strong and I felt like I could connect with them. For most of the book, I was either doing this: Or this: I wish I enjoyed this book, but it wasn't meant for me. If you want a nice contemporary novel, you could try Girl Online. If you are a huge Zoella fan, Girl Online is meant for you. I learned so many things while reading this book although I didn't enjoy it.

Ok, so this book took me longer than I wanted it too because of life getting in the way. But I’m so glad to finish the second book in the Girl Online trilogy! And after the ending, I decided on 4! This book was just so frustrating but so cute and lovey-dovey at the same time. Noah would have mood swings where he was “mad” at Penny and then he was completely in love with her the next second. I was really invested in their relationship just because it had up and downs. I do applaud that to Zoe Sugg, or Zoella, as people like me who watch YouTube might call her. The relationship between them wasn’t perfect, it had obstacles and both Penny and Noah had to communicate to understand each other. Things I wanted to just shout at the top of my lungs about: I wanted to scream at Dean, of course if you knew the plot twist in this book. I won’t spoil it, but he was just ARGHH. I did not like him! Plus he would take Noah away when Penny and him were having a moment! WHAT THE HECK DUDE! LET THEM HAVE A SPECIAL MOMENT! Then I also wanted to scream that Noah did NOT believe her about Blake. Like, what? Come on Noah, do you need to have your brain checked??? Obviously your girlfriend wouldn’t lie to you! Blake was just...ugh... did not like him at all. I pretty much despised him as a character, which was intentional by the author which it certainly worked. I just wanted to punch him. I’m going to talk about the amazing friends in this book. Now, Elliot was just the bestest of the best friends in the world to Penny. He came all the way from Brighton to Paris to rescue her. If that’s not real friendship, I don’t know what is! He seriously would compliment and encourage her all the way through the book! Then there was Leah! Leah was such a sweet girl to Penny and was her really only friend on tour. I loved when she took Penny shopping and bought all that makeup and got her the perfect dress and heels for the after party night! That warmed my heart since it was a little crumbled after NOAHS ATTITUDE! Also she used Penny’s picture for her new album cover, now that’s just perfection right there! Then there was Megan, which definitely didn’t have a ton of development as friends but they made up and she helped her through the break up and when she had panic attacks. Sorry for this EXTREMELY LONG review, if you read all of this nonsense and my thoughts, I would like to give you a big hug ;)

Band erscheint.

I'm sitting here thinking to myself why did i just sit through reading this book again? i actually don't have an answer for you but the only reason i could think of is that i hate leaving series unfinished. The writing style annoyed me, the characters annoyed me.. i still have no attachment to these characters what so ever. I mean hats of to you if you actually enjoy this series and love reading these books because i just don't like it. There was character development from the first one and the characters did grow i can say that much which was pleasant to see. I found the story boring and bland because i had so much trouble getting through this book but i stuck through it and finished it *to my surprise i might add* Unfortunately i don't think i will buy the last book in the series, I'm sure Zoe is a lovely person and is very successful but as a reader this story wasn't good at all. I will leave this series at book two with no immediate plans to pick up the last book.

I loved Girl Online and couldn't wait to get my hands on the sequel, but this book didn't hold the same magic and heart warming gooeyness as the first book. There were a few cute moments in the beginning between Penny and Noah, but the minute they got on tour Noah turned into a jerk. There was no Magical Mystery Date, which as cheesy as it sounds was my favorite moment in the first book, and he brought her on this tour but had no time for her. Then when Penny is almost (view spoiler)[taken advantage of by Noah's idiot friend, Noah doesn't believe her and sends her packing (hide spoiler)] . I don't understand how this scenario could even be possible. I think it's pretty clear based on Penny's character that she would never (view spoiler)[cheat on Noah or lie about being assaulted. I wanted to punch Noah and his friend in their faces (hide spoiler)] . There was a "classic misunderstanding that leads to a break up" in the first book, which they resolved, but this situation seemed way bigger and just makes me think Noah isn't the best guy. While the first book was about Penny getting the guy, this book seemed to be about her learning who she is outside of Noah and the best part was when she (view spoiler)[decided to bring her blog back. That journey was what brought my rating up more. If she's going to have to deal with jerk guys, I'm glad Penny realized her worth, stood up for herself, and realized that what she has to say matters, both on and off her blog.
